I have a promo code; how do I use it?
1You must input all promo codes at the time of checkout. Our systems WILL NOT allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed. We CANNOT apply any promo codes to prior purchases.
What should I do if I have a emergency?
If you’ve placed your order online and need to make changes or cancellations, please contact us via email at info@melobella. Please provide your order number and explain your problem in detail. We will attend to your fashion emergency with priority.
I would like to return my accessory?
Jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations, no exceptions. We also cannot exchange underwear or swimwear. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is no longer in its original packaging or if it has been worn. If you received your piece damaged, please contact us immediately with a detailed description of the defect and a clear photograph. Thank you so much!
How do Melo Bella shoes run?
Our sizes are based as UK sizes. All shoes are given a size suggestion at the bottom of every shoe description. Please keep in mind that this is only a suggestion, we understand that everyone’s foot size is different & your selection will be made upon personal preference. You know your foot best!
What is my Order Number & Where can I find it?
You are given a unique order number to identify your purchase made with us. Your Order Number is located in all emails (or text message if you have selected the text option) that you have received from our company, including your order confirmation. Please have your Order Number upon contacting us.
What are Melo Bella’s forms of payment?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayFast - choose the option you would like to use at checkout.
Can I place an order over the phone with a representative?
We ask that all customers place their orders online at www.melobella.co.za to ensure that there are no miscommunications during the ordering process. However, if you are having trouble, please give us a call - we’d be happy to help.
I want to make a large purchase. Does Melo Bella offer wholesale?

As much as we would love to provide you with an exact date for a restock, unfortunately, we cannot! But we upload new styles daily! Make sure to sign up for our “EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE” option. You will be notified once we restock that specific item.

Does Melo Bella ship original shoe boxes?
You will receive each shoe wrapped in our signature wrapping.
Why can’t I add this item to my shopping cart?

I have a tracking number, what do I do with it?
You are able to visit the website of the carrier your package was shipped with and track your package with the tracking number provided.
I need my order FAST! Does Melo Bella offer expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping on all domestic orders. All Next Day pricing will be calculated at checkout (Please keep in mind that shipping dates are counted as days in transit).
When will my order ship?
: All orders that are placed by 1pm are processed within 24 hrs. If you place your order after the cut off time, your order will be processed the following business day.
Who will cover the shipping cost for returns?
As stated in our Return Policy, the cost of shipping your item(s) back is at your own cost.

I just received my package and I need to return/exchange, how do I do so?
All packages come with a special return form that explains in detail how to make all returns and exchanges. (Please keep in mind that all returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days. All exchanges and sale items are final. NO EXCEPTIONS)
My return tracking number states that Melo Bella received my package at your facility, why haven’t I been contacted?
It usually takes about 3- 5 business days to process your returned package, so please bear with us. Please reference info@melobella.co.za in your emails for the return receipt, and don’t forget to check your spam/junk mail.
I have a store-credit how do I use it?
Store credit is issued in a code format. If you have a store credit and have not been emailed with your store credit code, please contact info@melobella.co.za
