Melo Bella Online wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase so if the item does not fit or simply did not work out, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All orders must be returned no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any returns received that do not fall into this time frame will be returned to the buyer only at their expense. We will provide you with an online store code for the amount spent on your item(s) You will then be given a store code good only for the specified item. Please keep in mind this store credit cannot be combined with any discount codes. Store codes are valid for one year and do not include shipping costs. Once your return parcel is received, please allow 72 hours processing time for our team to send your store code via email. Your return must be unused with tags attached and in all original packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise that appears worn or dirty which will then only be returned to the buyer at their expense. Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track.
